Reading Rascals are coming to Mission Basilica School

What is the Reading Rascals after school Reading Program?

A Reading Rascals Class is a 60 minute Thursday afternoon reading adventure for Mission School Tykes through 2nd grade. We play phonics games, sight word ball, Frisbee word blends, reading comprehension, word Lego builds and many other games designed to foster a love of reading.

What kinds of activities can my child expect during the class?

A reading program designed around movement and the use of multiple intelligences. We believe children learn better while moving and playing reading games. So have your Reading Rascal wear comfy shoes and come learn and play with us.
