Reading Rascals was founded in 2006 with the mission of creating a global online learning community for children ages 4-8 regardless of ability or circumstance. These critical years between 4 and 8 often determine how our children embrace learning so we put a premium on this time and focus exclusively on programs centered around these children.
The Rascals Team also believes that learning must be fun, interactive and full of motion and games. Our kids laugh, dress up, build crafts and read stories. If you’re looking for movement, games, laughing and crafts, this program is for you.
We also understand that results matter and our daily goal is to make learning progress, our kids are just having fun doing it. Our kids test high, come to class excited and laugh and move…a lot.
So why online?
Reading Rascals started as a physical supplemental learning resource at local schools. Technology has enabled us to expand our offerings to children in Europe, Asia and all over the United States. Our kids learn from others and have a perspective not available in a centralized learning environment. We embrace online learning and believe in the powerful ways a virtual community can bring us even closer, never losing sight of the goal of improving every day.
